I love everything about this, the simplicity, the line, the use of the brown paper and the humour. I'll add you to my list of 'must views'.

Love this illustration! The characters are amazing and the use of light and texture only add to it.

Cat on your back and baby peeking in... If you added a wig and a few pounds it would be me. This is truly routine. This is me for real and true! Thanks for sharing you wonderful illustration

Ok, toddler reaching for the ink bottle and cat on your back. Yet you remain so focused! You are my hero. And I'm SO glad to know I'm not the only one who sticks out their tongue when drawing. Fantastic illo!

You've got such great range in your style, love your 'flat earth' scenes in particular!

I've nominated you for a blog award as I'm a real fan of your work, check out my blog for details :)

Wonderful image. So true for artists with children. It takes an amazing focus to drown everything going on around you. Especially with children, because you really can't drown them out completely.
